Natalie Koomen always has her clients’ best interest in mind. Whether you are buying or selling, she listens intently to your needs and works diligently to make it the best possible experience. “Providing well-researched market data and reviewing all the options allows my clients to make a decision with confidence. It is very rewarding to help many attain the American dream of home ownership, and to capitalize on their investment when they are ready to sell.”
Natalie has worked with first-time homebuyers, experienced buyers purchasing for the second or third time, as well as investors. She has won multiple top producer awards with the board of realtors for her performance, but the most important gratification are her great client relationships. Prior to entering the brokerage side of real estate, Natalie earned her mortgage lending license and worked in the mortgage business. She set out to help clients in both mortgage and real estate, depending on their needs; but she enjoyed real estate more by far, so chose to focus solely on residential sales.
Staying on top of the ever-evolving trends of mortgage industry and the Ventura County real estate market enables Natalie to advise her clients with expertise and cutting-edge information, so they can make the right decisions. Her full service capabilities and organized approach ensure that every transaction flows smoothly.
What truly sets Natalie apart is the communicativeness, truthfulness and transparency she brings to the real estate process. “I want my buyers to have a real grasp on what they are purchasing, whether any repairs or improvements are needed, and will discuss all offers with sellers to ensure that they receive a fair price for their home.”
Born in Paramount and raised in Downey, CA, Natalie is married with a son and three dogs, two of which are rescues. She is bilingual in English and Spanish, and loves spending free time with her family doing all sorts of fun activities.
