Denny’s years in the industry includes roles as New Housing Director at Jon Douglas Co. in the early ‘90s, as well as residential brokerage. She has earned numerous top-producer awards, orchestrated over 100 investor flips, and negotiated cash for keys on foreclosed homes purchased at auctions. Her designation as a Pricing Strategy Analyst further sets her apart as a market savvy, results-driven sales agent; and her problem solving and negotiating skills are always on point, with proven results in closing extremely difficult transactions.

Originally from Pacific Palisades, CA, Denny attended Santa Monica College and is a longtime resident of Acton. She owns two horses that she trail rides, calf sorts and barrel races with, plus has rescue dogs and chickens. Denny sells primarily in the San Fernando, Santa Clarita and Antelope Valleys and specializes in equestrian properties but is knowledgeable and experienced in all of Los Angeles County.
